Terms & Conditions – Reliance Digital OTT Offer

1. Offer Eligibility
   • This Offer is available exclusively to eligible customers of Reliance Retail Limited (RRL) who purchase an eligible AC or LED TV during the Offer Period.
   • Valid only for customers aged 18 years and above.
   • Participation is voluntary and subject to compliance with these Terms & Conditions.
   • The Offer is non-transferable.
   • Final benefit will be allocated post validation and is subject to availability.
2. Offer Period
   • This Offer shall be valid from 20th October 2026 to January 2027 or till stocks last, whichever is earlier.
   • Customer has 60 days from date of purchase to activate. OTT codes will be valid till April 2027.
   • The Company reserves the right to extend or curtail the Offer Period at its sole discretion.
3. Subscription Terms
   • The coupon code issued under this Offer must be activated within the specified activation deadline.
   • Entitles the user to a one (1) year subscription from the date of activation.
   • Cannot be revalidated, extended, or reinstated once expired.
   • The subscription benefit is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash or any other benefit, and cannot be combined with any other promotional offer unless expressly permitted by the OTT platform.
   • The user agrees to comply with the OTT platform's Terms of Use.
4. Eligibility Criteria
   • The Offer is open only to individual retail customers aged 18 years and above.
   • Valid only on purchase of eligible products during the Offer Period.
   • Employees of RRL and its implementation partners shall not be eligible.
5. Limited Liability
   • RRL and its implementation partner shall not be responsible for server downtime, technical errors, connectivity issues, content removal, or platform-level subscription changes by the OTT provider.
   • RRL's liability is strictly limited to providing the coupon code under this Offer.
6. Non-Transferability & No Cash Alternative
   • The Benefit is non-transferable, non-negotiable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or refund.
   • No compensation shall be payable if the Benefit is not utilized within the validity period.
7. Fraud & Disqualification
   • The Company reserves the right to disqualify any Participant found tampering with campaign mechanics, submitting false information, or engaging in fraudulent activity.
8. Data Privacy
   • By participating, the Participant consents to collection and processing of personal data for campaign administration and sharing with the Implementation Partner solely for fulfillment purposes.
9. Modification & Withdrawal
   • RRL reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw the Offer at any time without prior notice.
10. Governing Law
    • This Offer shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Mumbai only.
11. Acceptance
    • Participation constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. The decision of RRL and its implementation partner shall be final, binding, and non-contestable.
    • This voucher has no commercial value.
